Rodríguez Barco

With a distinguished practice in arbitration and litigation and consulting for the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce, Verónica brings valuable perspectives from her experience in the Constitutional Court and academia, enhancing the advanced legal services offered by our firm.
Verónica is an Associate at Coronel & Pérez, excelling in complex litigations in areas such as civil, commercial, administrative, and constitutional law. In 2022, she reached a career milestone by being appointed as one of the youngest arbitrators at the Arbitration Center of the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce, where she also serves as a legal consultant. Her work includes advising clients, ranging from companies to other organizations, in the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts, due diligence processes, and general corporate and institutional matters.

From 2019 to 2021, Verónica served as an advisor in the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. Before this, she had already gained experience working for several years in the same arbitration center.

She holds a Law degree from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, a Master's in Law from Pompeu Fabra University, and is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Specialties Espíritu Santo.
